This role involves the transportation of goods using semi-trailer trucks within Croatia and potentially across European countries. The position requires a valid heavy-duty driving license and proficiency in English to ensure efficient communication and adherence to safety and legal regulations.

Key Details:

  • Age Range: 22–55 years old.
  • Monthly Salary: Starting at ~€1,350.
  • KOD 95 Certification: Available for ~€2,400.
  • Language Requirement: Basic proficiency in English.
  • License Requirement: Heavy Duty Driving License.
  • Visa & Work Permit: Processing completed in 60 days

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Driving and Transporting Goods:

    • Safely operate semi-trailer trucks to transport goods within Croatia and other regions.
    • Ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines for delivery.

  2. Cargo Handling:

    • Load and unload cargo while ensuring it is secured properly during transit.
    • Verify cargo documentation for accuracy and compliance.

  3. Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:

    • Perform regular inspections of the truck to maintain safety standards.
    • Identify and report vehicle issues for timely repairs.
    • Keep the truck clean and in optimal working condition.

  4. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Adhere to Croatian and European driving laws and regulations.
    • Maintain and update KOD 95 certification for legal compliance.

  5. Route Planning and Navigation:

    • Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and optimize fuel consumption.
    • Use navigation tools such as GPS for route adjustments and real-time tracking.

  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of driving hours, cargo details, and trip reports.
    • Submit required logs and documents to the employer or relevant authorities.

  7. Communication:

    • Coordinate with dispatch teams and clients for pick-up and delivery details.
    • Handle inquiries or issues during transport professionally.

  8. Health and Safety:

    • Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of the driver, cargo, and other road users.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and safety awareness.

Requirements:

  • Valid License: Heavy Duty Driving License for semi-trailer trucks.
  • KOD 95 Certification: Required for professional drivers; assistance provided for obtaining the certification.
  • Language Proficiency: Basic English for effective communication and documentation.
