Job Description
As an Automotive Factory Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining automotive parts and components. This role demands precision, teamwork, and dedication to ensuring the highest quality in production processes.
Key Details:
- Salary: €1,100/month (€6/hour) + Target Bonus.
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation available at €75/month.
- Meals: Factory canteen available at 50% cost.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Health Insurance: Provided as per Slovakian labor laws.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Production and Assembly:
- Operate machinery and tools to manufacture automotive components.
- Assemble parts according to technical specifications and quality standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report any malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in team briefings and adhere to production schedules.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of machines and tools.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols.
Adaptability:
- Be flexible to work in various sections of the factory as required.
- Participate in training programs to learn new processes or machinery.
Requirements:
- Age Range: 22–55 years old.
- Language Proficiency: Basic English required to communicate effectively in the workplace.
- Visa Requirements: Work permit (60 working days for processing) and visa stamping facilitated by the employer.
